2-Pack Aluminum Gutter Downspout Guards – Adjustable Leaf & Debris Strainer for Rain Gutters
2-Pack Aluminum Gutter Downspout Guards – Adjustable Leaf & Debris Strainer for Rain Gutters
Keep the Water Moving — Not the Leaves
The downspout opening is where leaves, twigs and larger debris can collect and restrict drainage. Drop this lightweight aluminum mesh guard into a compatible gutter outlet to help block debris before it disappears into the pipe.
Leaves Don't Have to Fill the Whole Gutter to Slow the Water Down
The narrow downspout opening naturally becomes a collection point. Leaves, seed pods, twigs and other larger debris can gather right where rainwater needs to leave the gutter.
Wind and rain move loose debris toward the gutter outlet.
Debris around the inlet can reduce the space available for drainage.
A restricted outlet can contribute to slower gutter drainage during rain.
Catch Larger Debris Before It Drops Into the Pipe
The open diamond mesh sits above and around the downspout opening, helping keep larger leaves, twigs and similar debris from entering the drainage pipe.
The expanded-metal design creates many openings for rainwater to pass through.
Helps intercept leaves, twigs and other larger objects near the outlet.
Places the debris barrier directly where material would otherwise enter the downspout.
Open Mesh Helps Water Continue Toward the Downspout
Instead of placing a solid cover over the drainage opening, the diamond mesh leaves multiple paths for rainwater to move through while larger debris remains outside.
Open mesh allows water to reach the downspout from many directions.
Helps separate larger debris from the opening below.
Leaves remain around the guard instead of disappearing farther into the pipe.
Lightweight Aluminum Alloy Mesh
The supplier identifies the guard as aluminum alloy construction, giving the filter a lightweight structure suited to outdoor gutter applications while offering resistance to ordinary moisture exposure.
Aluminum Alloy
Lightweight metal construction keeps the guard easy to handle and position.
A simple open framework combines structure with drainage openings.
